Borrowing elements from the fashion world, the designers of ‘Cardigan’ dress a protective coat with a traditional geometric shape of a side ottoman. This set, beyond its graphic and formal signature, brings new functions to this piece of furniture: the lower back is supported by the small collar created, and the space between the two elements allows to drag objects or magazines. The interior ottoman consists of a foam core lined with textile. It is then dressed with a resin membrane also lined. The choice of different textiles makes it possible to accentuate the ‘cardigan’ effect and to play on fashion effects.
